A Safe Haven for Sick Children
We understand the immense difficulties faced by children battling illness, especially those from other cities who require extended treatment in Tehran. To address this, we’re constructing the first “large residential, rehabilitation, and educational complex for sick children” in Tehran. This state-of-the-art facility will offer:

About Komak
Komak is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization (NGO) established in 2013. Recognizing the critical needs of vulnerable children, Komak embarked on a two-phase research and implementation program after obtaining the necessary permits. Their approach extends beyond simply providing aid. Komak is one of the few charitable institutions in the region that emphasizes a holistic approach, conducting detailed research, planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure their efforts have a lasting impact.
Through this collaboration, Tadian Holding and Komak Charity work together to empower vulnerable children and provide vital support to female-headed households. This includes financial assistance, access to resources and education, and mentorship opportunities—all aimed at creating a brighter future for these families and children.
Construction of a residential complex for patients and their companions
Among all the problems caused by the abnormal condition of the vulnerable children, we have put our effort towards their treatment of the disease as our first priority. One of major challenges these children and their families encounter is the high cost of accommodation in major cities, where many specialized medical facilities are located. This forces families to resort to unsafe and unsanitary living situations, such as tents or public spaces, while their child undergoes treatment. These conditions not only exacerbate the stress of illness but also pose significant safety risks, including harassment, theft, and physical harm.
To address these critical issues, we are aiming to construct the first “large residential, rehabilitation, and educational complex for sick children” in Tehran. This facility will provide safe and comfortable housing for both the sick child and their companions, typically family members, who are essential for their care and well-being. The complex will cater to children from other cities who require extended recovery periods in Tehran following medical procedures.
Beyond offering a secure haven, the complex will incorporate rehabilitation and educational programs. This holistic approach aims to not only support the children’s physical recovery but also foster their emotional and mental well-being during this challenging time. By providing a supportive environment that prioritizes both medical care and a sense of normalcy, we hope to significantly improve the lives of these vulnerable children and their families.
