According to the current regulations governing the acquisition of immovable property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), the deadline for foreign individuals to complete their property acquisition applications, initially set to end on November 21, 2024, has been extended by 90 days by relevant authorities.

This extension provides additional time for foreign citizens interested in purchasing property in TRNC to complete their registration process, provided they meet the legal requirements.

Under this decision, foreign buyers are required to fully comply with the registration and application steps related to immovable property acquisition and submit all necessary documentation to the Land Registry and Cadastre Office and the Ministry of Interior of Northern Cyprus by the new deadline.

This extension, which has not yet been officially confirmed, aims to accommodate the rising international demand in Northern Cyprus’s property market.
